What fuel does the Isuzu D-Max take, and what is the deposit?
Diesel, full to full. The cash deposit is ฿5,000, the CDW excess ฿15,000 per incident, and paved roads only.
Who can drive, and what documents do I need?
The driver should be 25–65 with a licence at least 1 year old. Bring the original licence and your original ID card or passport to pick-up (no copies, photos or app licences). A licence printed in another language needs an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside it.
Where can I drive the Isuzu D-Max?
Renting 1–7 days: Udon Thani, Bueng Kan, Khon Kaen, Loei, Nakhon Phanom, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon. 8–19 days: all of Isan. 20–29 days: All of Isan plus the upper Central region. 30+ days: anywhere in Thailand. Never into Laos, including the Friendship Bridge.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice, but a booking payment already sent cannot be returned. Not turning up counts as a cancellation.
