How many days do I need for the monthly rate?
31 days or more: the 31+ day rate applies to every day. From 90 days the 90+ day rate applies, which is lower on almost every model. Exactly 30 days uses the 21+ day rate.
Can I drive to Bangkok or the South?
Yes. From 30 days you may drive anywhere in Thailand on paved roads. For shorter rentals the driving area is smaller, depending on the number of days.
Can I drive into Laos?
No, never, however long the rental, and that includes the Friendship Bridge.
Is there a distance limit?
The terms set an average of 200 km a day over the contract, for example about 6,200 km for 31 days.
Can you deliver to my home or condo?
Yes. In Udon Thani city, delivery and collection are free from 7 days. Outside the city it is ฿30 per km per trip. A hand-over outside 07:00–20:30 costs ฿500 extra each time.
What deposit do you take, and when is it returned?
฿3,000 economy cars and sedans · ฿5,000 7-seaters and pickups · ฿10,000 SUVs. Paid in cash at pick-up and refunded on return when everything is in order.
How do I pay?
A booking payment of ฿500–5,000 by bank transfer confirms the booking. The rent is paid in cash or by credit card +3% (minimum ฿4,000). The deposit is paid in cash.
Can I extend or return the car early?
Extensions are at the current rate if a car is free, with 1 day's notice. You can return early, but the original number of days is charged and unused days are not refunded.
What if the car breaks down?
Call +66 90 888 33 84 or message us on LINE. If a breakdown or accident is not your fault, you get a replacement car free of charge.
Which documents do I need?
Drivers aged 25–65 with a licence at least 1 year old. Bring your original licence and your original ID card or passport at pick-up. A licence printed in another language needs an International Driving Permit alongside it. Extra drivers give their name and show their original licence at pick-up.
