A hand-over outside 07:00–20:30 costs an extra ฿500 each time; pick-up and return are charged separately.
Insurance and cover
Every car comes with CDW insurance in the rent. If you want a zero excess, you can add SCDW.

Excess per incident

Collision damage waiver: cover for damage to the rental car. After an accident you pay no more than the excess per incident, except in the cases listed below.
What you pay yourself per incident: ฿10,000 for economy cars and sedans, ฿15,000 for 7-seaters, pickups and SUVs.
Extra cover that takes the excess to ฿0, charged per day. Exclusions apply; ask us on LINE for the details before you buy.

Deposit, booking money and payment
Three amounts to know about: the booking money that confirms your booking, the rent, and the cash deposit you get back when you return the car.
Cash deposit
Paid in cash at pick-up and returned when you bring the car back, if the car and everything else is in order.

Rental rules
What to prepare before pick-up day, and the rules for the whole rental.
Drivers and documents
- Driver is 25 to 65 years old and the licence is 1 year old or more
- Bring your original driving licence and your original Thai ID card or passport on pick-up day
- Copies, photos and app licences are not accepted
- A licence printed in another language needs an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside it
- Sharing the driving? Tell us the name of the second driver, who shows an original licence at pick-up
Rental days
A rental day lasts 24 hours
- Minimum rental 1 day
- A grace of 29 minutes on return; beyond it a new day starts
- Hand-overs every day 07:00–20:30; outside these hours ฿500 each time
Fuel
Full to full
- Economy cars, sedans and 7-seaters take Gasohol 95
- Pickups and SUVs take diesel
- If the tank is not full: fuel at cost + a ฿500 refuelling fee
Using the car
- No smoking in the car and no pets
- Paved roads only: no off-road driving, no flood water, no towing
- A car that needs special cleaning is charged the cleaning plus loss of use while it is off the road
Where you can drive
The longer you rent, the further you can go. The area depends on the number of days in your contract.

- Never into Laos, including the Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge, however long you rent

Cancelling, changes and extensions
Plans change. Tell us on LINE or by phone as early as you can.

Not collecting the car without telling us is treated the same as cancelling

Shortening the rental or returning early gives no refund
