Can I pick up at the airport and return at my hotel?
Yes, if the hotel is in Udon Thani city: ฿350 for rentals under 7 days, free for 7 days or more.
Does airport pick-up cost extra?
No. Pick-up and return at the airport are free for any rental length. Outside 07:00–20:30 there is a fee of ฿500 per hand-over.
Can I have a child seat?
Yes, free of charge, but the number is limited, so please ask when you book.
What if my flight is delayed?
Call +66 90 888 33 84 or message us on LINE with your new landing time and we set a new pick-up time. If it is after 20:30, the ฿500 out-of-hours fee applies.
How do I pay at the airport?
The deposit is paid in cash. Rent is paid in cash or by credit card (card +3%, minimum ฿4,000). The booking money is transferred in advance to the account we send through our own LINE only.
