Just tell us your pick-up date and time, return date and time, where you want the car (airport or hotel delivery) and the model or type you have in mind. We check which cars are free and send you the price.

Yes: ฿500–5,000 by bank transfer confirms your booking.

We send our bank details only through our own LINE account, never through any other channel. If someone sends you bank details in our name any other way, do not transfer; ask us first.

The minimum is 1 day, and 1 day is 24 hours from the time you collect the car: pick up at 10:00 and you can return by 10:00 the next day.

You have 29 minutes' grace; after that an extra day is charged.

No. We rent self-drive cars only.

Copies, photos and app licences are not accepted.

Anyone from 25 up to 65 whose licence is at least 1 year old.

Yes. A licence in English is fine on its own. A licence in any other language needs an International Driving Permit (IDP) together with the original licence.

Yes. Give us the extra driver's name and show their original licence at pick-up. Anyone not named on the contract is not covered by the insurance.

From ฿750 a day (Suzuki Celerio, 2 days or more), and from ฿640 a day for 31 days or more.

The price you see is the final rent, CDW insurance included. Nothing is added at the counter.

Always shown separately and told to you first: the refundable cash deposit, optional extras such as SCDW and Pocket Wi-Fi, delivery fees, +฿500 for a hand-over outside opening hours, and the 3% credit card fee.

Paid in cash at pick-up and returned when you bring the car back, if all is in order.

No credit card needed. Pay the rent in cash, or by credit card with a 3% fee (minimum ฿4,000). The deposit is cash only.

Yes, CDW is included, with an excess you pay per incident: ฿10,000 for economy cars and sedans and ฿15,000 for 7-seaters, pickups and SUVs.

SCDW cuts the excess from ฿10,000 or ฿15,000 to ฿0. It costs ฿250 a day for economy cars and sedans and ฿350 a day for 7-seaters, pickups and SUVs. Some exclusions apply.

It is optional. Compare the SCDW cost for your whole trip with the excess you would pay if something happened.

No cover at all for driving under alcohol or drugs, without a valid licence, by a driver not named on the contract, reckless driving or racing, off-road driving or driving through flood water.

Outside CDW: glass, tyres and wheels, the underbody, the interior, keys, equipment and special cleaning.

Every day, 07:00–20:30, weekends included.

Yes. A hand-over outside 07:00–20:30 costs ฿500 each time (pick-up and return are charged separately). Agree the time with us in advance on LINE.

Tell us straight away. We swap it for another car free of charge, or refund the rent in full.

Never into Laos, and that includes the Friendship Bridge. Paved roads only, and the contract assumes an average of 200 km a day over the rental. Planning a long drive? Ask us before you book.

Full to full: you get a full tank and return it full. economy cars, sedans and 7-seaters take Gasohol 95; pickups and SUVs take diesel.

If the tank is not full, you pay for the fuel at cost plus a ฿500 refuelling fee.

A traffic ticket costs the fine plus ฿500 handling per ticket. Tolls are charged at cost, and so is a lost key or remote.

Neither, sorry. If the car needs special cleaning, we charge the cleaning plus loss of use while the car is off the road.

Cancelling works if you tell us at least 24 hours ahead, but booking money already sent cannot be returned. Not turning up counts as a cancellation.

Yes, if the car is free. Give us 1 day's notice; the extra days are charged at the current rate.

You can return early, but the original number of days is charged; there is no refund for unused days.
