FAQ
Questions before you book
What is not included in the rent?
The cash deposit, optional extras (SCDW, Pocket Wi-Fi), delivery fees, the +฿500 out-of-hours fee and the +3% credit card fee. We always state them before you book.
What deposit do you take, and when is it returned?
economy and sedan: ฿3,000 · 7-seater and pickup: ฿5,000 · Fortuner and Pajero Sport: ฿10,000. Cash at pick-up, returned at return when all is in order.
My flight lands after 20:30. Can I still pick up?
Yes. A hand-over outside 07:00–20:30 costs ฿500 (pick-up and return are charged separately). Tell us the time when you book.
Where can I drive?
1–7 days: Udon Thani, Bueng Kan, Khon Kaen, Loei, Nakhon Phanom, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon · 8–19 days: All of Isan · 20–29 days: All of Isan plus the upper Central region · 30+ days: Anywhere in Thailand. Never into Laos, including the Friendship Bridge.
Can I cancel or change my dates?
Cancelling works if you tell us at least 24 hours ahead. Booking money already sent cannot be returned, and a no-show counts as a cancellation. Extensions are at the current rate if a car is free, with 1 day’s notice.
