How much is the deposit for economy cars?

฿3,000 in cash at pick-up, refunded when you return the car and all is in order. The deposit is not part of the rent.

What do I pay if the car is damaged?

CDW is included in the rent. The excess for this class is ฿10,000 per incident. With SCDW at ฿250 a day it drops to ฿0 (exclusions apply, such as glass, tyres, wheels and the underbody).

Will I get the car in the photo?

No. Every car photo is a sample of the model; the colour and details of your car may differ. If you are not happy with the car at pick-up, we swap it free or refund the rent in full.

What fuel do these cars take?

Every model in this class takes Gasohol 95. Full to full: if the tank is short on return, you pay the fuel at cost + ฿500.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, free, but the number is limited. Tell us how many when you book.

Who can drive?

The driver should be 25–65 with a licence at least 1 year old. Bring the original licence and your ID card or passport to pick-up. An extra driver gives their name and shows their original licence.

My flight lands late. Can I still pick up?

Yes. A pick-up or return outside 07:00–20:30 costs ฿500 extra each time (pick-up and return are charged separately). Give us your flight time when you book.

What do I pay when I book?

A booking payment of ฿500–5,000 by bank transfer confirms the booking; our bank details are only sent through our own LINE. Cancelling works if you tell us at least 24 hours ahead, but a booking payment already sent cannot be returned.
